That's a lower price target from Roth compared to a PT of $12 they gave back on 4/25/16 and a PT of $23 back in Jan. 2016. (At this point, their PTs would seem to be quite unreliable.)

A question i have is this: after share-raises with warrants granted, don't many of the buyers of the shares promptly sell them just to restore most of their principal --even well under the price bought-- and then they just sit on the warrants in the hopes that one day they can cash them in for big profits?

Moreover, they also then short the stock knowing it will go down because the big money so often plays this abusive/exploitative game with microcap and smallcap stocks?

So basically they get to make more money off their short than they lose by selling their initial shares bought; and then one day they may get to receive a huge windfall if the warrant becomes excercisable.

Such tactics would well explain what happens with so many microcap and smallcap stocks, especially low-floaters, after these cash-raises via share-offerings with warrants.

I've seen it happen to countless such stocks.....

I'm interested in this one, though don't yet own any shares, but i do think it is severely underpriced given the little i know about the company.

Also, two more factors here to explain some of the weakness in stockprice:

1) remember that biotechs have had a severe pullback after the big recent move up-- so selling pressure in the entire sector is surely adding to the recent pain for shareholders.

2) tax-loss season is certainly upon us and who knows how many longtime holders are finally throwing in the towel. But January is right around the corner, so relief from this factor is on the horizon, approaching fast....

I hope those who are currently holding shares get rewarded sooner than later here.....
