OK Tommy. Tomorrow I'll post a few more. I have a chain where Sethie told Mr. Berman on the day of his resignation that he would be replaced by the end of July. Did this happen? Did it even start to happen?

I have a text where Sethie told Mr. Berman that Cowan offered a settlement of $700K and he turned it down. It turned out to be a lie.

I have a series of texts where Mr. Berman discussed with Sethie the hiring of an insurance defense lawyer who would value the Cowan case for Sethie, and where Sethie agreed to pay the lawyer $1500.00. Johnny swore this never happened despite having the same copies of the text messages.

And I will post several other text chains guaranteed not to disappoint, including texts where Mr. Berman told Sethie that Johnny's web site would open the BOD up to claims of damages for libel and slander because the BOD would be held culpable for doing nothing about this ridiculous web site.

Tomorrow will be a watch and learn day.
