$VIX stays over $13.86 the bears will have the upper hand in pushing the markets lower and lower.over 14.90 it gets better, stay focused, the Central Bankers can always
whiplash the index when they please. the market seems to be coning apart at the seams, will the CB's have enough powder for damage repar?
