Now maybe they didn't convert but if I'm looking to buy, I'm going to assume the worst until anything different is known.

They absolutely could be working on restructuring the debt.
Hopefully they clear this up soon, if legit there could be huge profits here.
However I can't bring myself to buy with this looming out there.
