As I've been suggesting for years, there is/was no public company here.
It was always designed as an insider enrichment program that went bad... for everyone.

The 17(b) violations of the SEC Code were prevalent and not unnoticed. The SEC reacts slowly.

Oh well, on to the next scam I suppose.
