So they are supposedly sitting on good news while 100s of millions of shares are being issued due to the low share price. And that is supposed to be OK?

Here is what that last shareholder update sounded like to me. Obviously Ntephe did not write it. But it sounds like to me he went to his geologist and asked him to write the most optimistic description of a dry hole without it being completely false.
