CA$H vs Expense + Time Line of Product / How much more CA$H will be needed - 1st Private Placement never Exersized Warrants, because Kal's sell off to .073 USA side, I loaded the Boat but bailed too early with this second PP being filed - I'm in a Repeat mode, adding back the shares bought on the sell-off to .073 BTHCF with BTH trading $0.10 then, Kal had 10M at a average below $0.02 BTH, this last Private Placement, he got none, BLOZF CEO Rav grab some and Dr Raj's wife grab some but they too were in the 1st Private Placement, I don't know if you were around when BreathTec came into play, started away from BLO/ZF, took 8 Months after the BLO/ZF Board already knew they stepped around us, Cannabix Breathalyzer Inc made the deal for BreathTec, Patent 8,237,118 and not BLO/ZF which is Cannabix Technologies Inc,, plenty pissed shareholders and I included, paperwork behind the scene was started because of Unethical Conduct, Already have a contract with BLO/ZF to build the Breathalyzer and then start a new startup with BTH/CF to do the same, almost a week after BTH/CF Web Page was-started, it changed because of being told where this is going if not changed, The Yost Group started Jan 2015 with BTH/CF funding to find the THC VOCs and wasn't till Aug 2015 that BLO/ZF had a chance, BLO/ZF split the then Funding to The Yost Group and both re-new'D Jan 2016 with The Yost Group till next month 2017 - Gonna see more Funding but THC has plenty of CA$H to see threw but the BIG EXPENSE of Building 1st Brearhalyzer is done and Tweaking VOCs for whatever you want should be not near the CA$H - All will do future Private Placements but they've been fair to all shareholders, they know their being watched and have a following - All these except this last Private Placement for BTH/CF has raised $2.3M for Units with another $3.25M if Warrants Exersize, or $5.5M Total, this last BTH/CF Private Placement was a pay back of what I believe Kal created with his Rinse and Repeat, only one with that cheap of shares and dumped it down once he sold since the startup, and before the 4 month 1 day hold of the 1st Private Placement, I don't think the 1st Warrants have Exersized yet and Kals sell-off also let BLO/ZF Shareholders step in at a price that most here couldn't pass-up - Call it what you want but the price canceled most BLO/ZF feeling of where their at - JMO
