I just went through my trade history on SYN back through 2014. This puppy has made me some good money along the way without a doubt. Have to go pretty far back to see the last time this was under the $ let alone setting up to challenge even lower support. All the way back to 2011? Pretty crazy. I know some of us don't get emotional and like to simply watch the charts. The sector is playing into this as well as opportunities elsewhere imo. Should I even mention some of the 2011 support levels? I think not. As if this were every man/woman & child out for themselves at this point.

excerpt...

The portion of the public offering price per share and accompanying warrants in this offering attributable to our common stock exceeds the net tangible book value per share of our common stock outstanding prior to this offering. Assuming we sell all of the securities in this offering at the public offering price of $1.00 per share, after deducting the underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses payable by us, you will experience immediate dilution of approximately $0.85 per share, representing the difference between our as adjusted net tangible book value per share as of September 30, 2016 after giving effect to this offering and the public offering price, without giving effect to the potential exercise of the warrants being offered in this offering. See the section entitled “Dilution” below for a more detailed illustration of the dilution you would incur if you participate in this offering.

So, with the sector looking to fill a major gap on the XBI & IBB one could take SYN as a pretty good buying opportunity. Is there still some tax selling going on? As much as I hate seeing that theory thrown around as the EOY comes closer, I see it used more as an excuse by some. I was hoping for a few of my other plays to work out better to allow me to dive in but honestly, and quite by fate of me making "unwise" decisions elsewhere (at least till they do turn around, right!?)I haven't added back in on this. My last sell was SYN 10/19/2016 @ 1.58 and haven't added back in yet. One of very few losses on this one. Which I'm thinking, will make quite a recovery starting soon. Without confirmation of a bottom though, it's anyone's guess from where this bounces.
