Every PR I have read along with the CC seem to be very general and forward looking. If they were truly "finalizing the acquisition of AMS" then a mention of a time frame would have been nice. Remember pinkyland is all forward looking statements and generalizations protected via Safe Harbor.

Not bashing as I own a large block of this. Just stating my experience in pinkyland.
