Really? The seller(s) have been dropping 5M a day since the run up. Somebody is trying to stay under the radar with the sells. Pretty simple stuff that others have also noted.

So, if they were going to dump 5 million shares and then dump another 5 million shares, why didn't they dump their shares at a higher price instead of waiting for somebody to put five million shares at .0008 and then sell? Can't wait to hear this.
