Agreement done? So the previous PR's about "closing dates" and "administrative formalities" were a lie? Lol. Maybe they got their PR's out of order and this was suppose to be the one they issued BEFORE talking about closing dates.

And what SEC stuff? Funny how he doesn't tell you what that actually is. It can't be any filings specifically for a "merger"...there are none for a non-filer....or are they AGAIN talking about registering ELGL, how many time is it now, 4 or 5 over the last three years?

Nothing, I repeat, nothing will be "filed" with the SEC in the next two weeks...or three weeks...or whenever.

This is another pump by Merle and Kaiser just like a year and a half ago and will end the same way.

Hey...maybe they will try again in a year.
