Give Marvin and Manny credit for one thing - they are fearless. Who could even dream of going public with another shell game like this one? Imagine, creating a new company out of thin air, giving it the technology you invested $20 million in for an IOU of $6.9 million, dumping it in Australia (didn't even know they had a stock exchange), and telling shareholders details will follow, but just in case by some miracle this new company ever is successful, Marvin isn't sure if he will share any of that good fortune with the common mhtx shareholders.
