No Disclosure kills every rally. By not ever disclosing drug deals details until they have to book any amortization of cash they get always kills the stock rallies after announcements. So until they actually get revenues from sales and book them as shown on the quarterly reports the PPS will always drop right afterwards. That plus the market is a sell on news market. LT investors will have to wait for a very long time to see a PPS trade in a range many times higher than it is now.
