I was just doing some fuzzy math on how one would fill 168,000,000 TORQ and 302,000,000 Encounter Tech Restricted. I found that if there was a Reverse Merger F/S you could get to 470,000,000. Leaving on a 500,000,000 SS...30 Million shares.

I just supposed that if those 3.068 Million MIA certs F/S split also, to 30.68 million. Then you could just buy all 500,000,000 shares...to fill the empty bags...

$3,400,000,000.00 Osceola Gold value...I suppose. Better hope for some Platinum on site. Not sure $6.80 per will be enough.
