They are working with the public sector which involves the US National Laboratory System(along with a few other government agencies) university's and private technology companies to take their technologies from the public sector to the private sector to produce disruptive technologies into the market.

They are also working with NextEra Energy Resources which generated $17.5 billion in revenues last year.

Their legal council is Winston & Strawn LLP, utterly massive.

Also, the companies objective is to give 90% of the revenues to shareholders and typically in BDC's the "dividend" is usually around 10%(could be more) in the industry, and none of them has gone out of business.
