You can't base everything on that. That attracted me three years ago too but go to PACER or type in Virtual Sourcing on Google and every 4th or 5th entry will be about the SEC proceedings (which SEC won) against the company and the two officers. Unless there is an unpublicized event going on that nobody is privy to right now, this will go nowhere. There COULD be an MMJ play here or in kind action. But otherwise be most careful here.
