What is the point of taking a failed brand name and pumping in hundreds of thousands of dollars to make it un-fail (different than succeed)? Its simpler and more cost-effective to re-brand entirely.

As to where all the money went and what it was spent on: why not share that with the entire board? I'm sure everyone is interested in the facts.
