We are at the mercy of Univ of Alberta and them making sure everything is in order before they submit the application. Sadly when that is, we won't know. Good news is an application submitted and submitted properly from the University holds more weight and goes further. This is a major research team making the application. In the eyes of Health Canada it should hold weight. Far as the low pps it's called nervous investors who don't have patience.
