San Ayre location closed, is this the "big news"??

That's the 2nd location in a row to close its doors early. Only 2 (money-losing) locations left.

- Adagio lease expires in 1 month.
- Rumours of Silverthorne also closing.

Financials already a full Q overdue, the deadline promised in the notice of late filing not fulfilled.

So what's the reason for people to buy some of the 10+ billion outstanding shares?? Genuinely curious.
