There are NO SEC filings required. ELGL is non-reporting. Therefore it is another "2 week" kick the can down the road....but this time they have jumped the shark with a meaningless statement.

They obviously believe that some will believe what is essentially...nonsense.

What about the "closing"? Thought the "agreement" was complete awaiting closing and "formalities"...LOL.

They can't keep the story straight.
