Correction that should be $900K instead of $540K, the $540K I was using was the $5.4M they netted from the 450 sale. Still that would only get them to maybe $1.1M versus $1.731M in operating expenses with $200K amortized coming from other deals. So they would still show a loss of $631K to $731K or min. loss of .01 a share w/o more deals before year end. Still no sales revenue until late 2017 at the earliest and only from RIZO Spain most likely , which will be minimal. 2018 could be the first good year for revenues.
