Summary

Golden Arrow owns the 240 million oz Chinchillas Silver Project in Argentina located 35 km from Silver Standard's Pirquitas producing silver mine.

Silver Standard and Golden Arrow have entered into an agreement and Plan of Arrangement to joint venture Golden Arrow's Chinchillas Silver Project with Silver Standard's Pirquitas silver mine.

Silver Standard has until March 31, 2017 to elect to proceed with the joint venture, but will likely do so by Dec. 31, 2016 or shortly thereafter.

Golden Arrow shareholders will receive a new share in the new joint venture Company in exchange for each Golden Arrow share. Tremendous upside for shareholders.
