Seems that Nextten.ca is an incubator that helps startups develop and they finance it as well. The companies in Nextten.ca ("friends") are: Olit (rental of condo's), Fansfrenzy.com, IJUBIO (soon to be launched), Fear The Fighter, Deepways and UBBIO.

I googled them all and the big man behind it is Yervant (Eddie) Manoian. Check the Montreal Chamber of Commerce. Most companies are located at 9320 Saint-Laurent suite 310b Montreal. Eddie Manoian acquired Fear The Fighter in november 2015. Fear The Fighter had quite a bad reputation over here, they sponsored some MMA fighters but they never got paid. Guess who will be running the Fansfrenzy webshop!!! All pieces come together now and with Deepways and UBBIO Eddie Manoian has all knowledge (network solutions, webdesign, cloud storage etc) available to build and launch Fansfrenzy, by using his (and his friends) only public company: HE-5 Resources Corp.
