One of the problems is the owners abandoned this shell back after the hijacked came to light and never reclaimed it, even after the courts ruled in their favor. They would have to pay the required fees and paperwork with the state of Delaware to associate this abandoned shell with the original
company.

There used to be a poster on here named space something or other that had some good synopsis of what it should take.
