I think that is ridiculously low, but the current market cap of the entire company, for all 4 world class projects, is currently just over 1 billion, x cash and receivables. ....

Not another one like this anywhere on planet earth. You buy the shares and for just this one TIER ONE project, they give you 3 billion dollars.....HA.
