The name is spelled differently and FIMA is listed as the owner. Under NV statutes as majority shareholder Alonzo could have created a new class of shares (which happened) and issued them to himself or FIMA (who is FIMA?) along with the assets for his (ahem) tireless devotion to the company in its efforts to URBANIZE the brand (whatever the heck that means).
If you remember when all this went down Alonzo was owed a note.
If you also remember, he claimed TSB was an importer, but that was FALSE though I'm sure we could just call it a FAILURE to claim to be something you're not, right?
TSB also claimed to have a COLA on Besado long before they ever applied for one. Another FAILURE?
