I didn't get much, after several emails, responded to me with just the usual mantra, not really any details, as matter of fact he didn't answer any of my hard questions, like buyback, revenue from the shipping container(s).

It was basic chit chat...

I suspect if they want their annual to be audited so they can go back to SEC reporting, it's in general 13k - 26k I believe, not sure what the hurdle is, maybe it's in progress, we'll see soon I guess.
