While I agree Finjan will ultimately be successful in both cases it will be another year until any revenue is realized from Bluecoat. This means there will be dilution coming because they won't be able to afford the litigation costs and pay their ridiculous salaries for another year. As a matter of fact they don't have anything on their enforcement calendar until the later part of next year. They certainly hyped the injunction so today's news is a lose for shareholders regardless of how likely a win would have been otherwise. Paloalto remains stayed, who knows whats happening with Fireye and the ESET case is indicated to be partially dismissed. Management does a HORRIBLE job of providing guidance on their pending litigation. I don't believe anything they say any longer including the purported 25 or so pending licensing deals.
