Who can't disclose what's going on? TWEETING as if things are magically going to turn around when they can't even make OTC disclosures is designed to attract novices.

They should explain why they can't even file reports with the OTC. Further, they should lay out their plan and be specific.

If Spec's became their distributor they require the company spend money on promos. Alonzo (FIMA) should explain that.

But more importantly how is it they are listed as the owner?

And with the typo is it even the same company?

Anyone who can't AND WON'T explain that to shareholders is an UTTER FAILURE!
