The annual 10-K was 100% VitaCig financials as of 4/30/16. There shouldn't have been much trouble putting that together. The next 10-Q will include Omni financials. That's been the problem all along since they've been a private company for over 40 years. Auditing that far back has been the problem since day one. More than likely the auditors haven't signed off on it yet. It's pretty typical for customers to think they've given the auditors everything they've asked for and they come back and ask for something else. It could also be the case that Omni is putting the finishing touches on their announcement PR and/or waiting for the best time to make the announcement. JMO
