It seems to me that this whole thing stinks. It's possible that this is about posturing for which entity is subordinated to which with regard to the allocation of Echo's assets when they are forced to default because of the non-actions of reticent Board members. I've always worried that it would be beneficial for certain players if Echo were forced to default. On the surface, the Court Order seems to offer retail and other shareholders/noteholders some degree of protection and hope.
