I'm not able to see the original compliant on pacer but i think this lawsuit will probably be good for shareholders. The people in charge now are being forced to produce emails related to the litigation (4 months worth the entire time they have ignored the shareholders). I think this might get resolved quickly and the court event on Dec 8 never occurs.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiffs shall be granted expedited discovery prior to the hearing on the motion for the preliminary injunction, specifically, in the form of depositions of the parties or their representatives, as well as the production of email correspondence from August 1, 2016, through the date of this Order, to or from any of the Defendants concerning the transactions that are implicated by this litigation;
