The region the Master Franchise Agreement encompasses is: the Northern Border inclusive of, San Luis Obispo, Kern and San Bernardino counties to the Southern Border of California. The terms of the agreement require Unique Worldwide LLC to open and develop a minimum of 38 company and or franchised locations within their territory over the next 10 years.
