E*TRADE is still waiting on payment of shares and GLDG has not released a payable date. It still remains 381057207 and not tradable within my account.

E*TRADE still waits to update account with the new shares until they can confirm the new shares are received either in electronic form or physical form. I suspect TDA is the same.
