XNRG never filed a Form 15 to voluntarily relieve themselves from the required obligation to report.

They just quit filing after hijacking Section 3(a)(10) fraudulently and whatever went down in reality with JV002.

Just decided to ride off into the sunset again, stiffing all shareholders and even those who received free shares under the Section 3(a)(10) exemption hijacking.

Jerry is pretty slick.
