PGCX on paper, appeared to be an excellent stock 2 years ago. Was said by several that it was the best stock in penny land. That was based on the business model that was outlined in the S1. It was fantastic. But there was a problem, nothing ever came to fruition because nothing was every produced, sold, bought, initiated, exchanged. Nothing. The reason being would be that the two employees and corp. officers were crooked. SEC brought down the house on them last year and as we speak, Norman Birmingham and Marion Faraone are likely on their way to jail. So, with that said, if there is something more to this company than that, then we may have something here, MMJ has been alluded to. But that's it. Do a little research folks and you will see that what I say is true and we have a shell game going on with this stock at present.
