I find your "writeup" interesting. I wouldn't categorize it as a writeup on the company but rather a summary of your investment philosophy for this type company and the potential to profit from a possible deal with a major player in next 6 months.

You apparently like finding undiscovered microcaps. Personally that has been my favorite for more than 30 years. I used to write up undiscovered microcaps in days gone by. It's how I became "Amigo Mike" as a few friends of mine that shared the passion of finding these companies used to publish reports on them under the "3 Amigos" name. We searched high and low and found numerous quality companies to invest in. Some massive winners if held long enough.

I have a number of companies I own presently that would easily fit what you aspire to find although some may be a bit too tame for you. I don't post on the boards of most of them and haven't shared them on these boards.

Anyway, as to your blog post:
I'm not certain you articulated what the company does and why specifically you (or anyone else) want to own it now beyond you think a big player may enter a relationship with Zivo (why would player be interested?) and you estimate price appreciation to .30+ based on this deal.
