Well I'm not claiming the patent is invalid. Google is and has instituted an invalidation action, challenging -- as I stated --- several of the claims. Including Claim 1 ---which is a pretty important one.

It is also not I who decided that Max Sound couldn't sue on behalf of Vedanti. That would be Judge Davilla.
