Management compensation. One of the reasons that I (assume others here as well) have been concerned about holding onto Arcam post GE is that GE/Arcam could manipulate the numbers. Been doing some thinking about this. Trying to figure out how to monitor how Arcam will be managed ... as a retail investor on the outside.

I was just thinking that one thing that could be watched is this "How will Arcam's Board compensate Arcam's management post GE. If there is transparency here, and if the bonus compensation metrics/goals are consistent with normal metrics (e.g., share price, revenue, profitability), then maybe we can get some insights into how this company will be managed..in the interests of Arcam shareholders or those of GE.

Conversely, if the bonus goals are ambiguous such that the board can provide bonuses even if Arcam's number look bad, then I will be more concerned.
