Okay now that VTSI is being uplisted manana, what if any IR strategy has been put in place to expose the company to institutional investors? Hopefully they'll, at least, create a share holders report for the 2016 financial report this year as well as try to get more press and media coverage on stock specific shows like Mad Money next time there's a controversial officer related shooting since this would be a way to show how to invest based upon insufficient training issues.

Or does VTSI need to be a NASDAQ listed company before any of this can happen?
