The manpower issuses was a polite way of saying that the 10Q delay was due to severe health issues with the accountant.

LOL... These guys are so full of chit... Wasnt the excuse last year that the auditor or accountants mother got sick?!?

Not making excuses for them but it is the truth...

Everything they say is the "truth", right?
