Law suit filed by jebb partners and the bessers against echo, members of the board, platinum to stop the financing from Mtia. Hearing to be held on dec 7th.

Unless the judge makes a decision by Dec 10th in favor of echo the financing to keep echo afloat will be in jeopardy.

I can not recall who said the Bessers are the nice guys.
