They inform on different strains but didn't inform shareholders they were going to 30-50b from 3b. No matter what anyone says, Angel owes a great debt to shareholders and arguably everybody involved should go to jail but they say they're trying to remedy and even looking into 2b buyback but that is nothing compared to all the printing and money already taken by Angel. If he wants to prove his worth he won't R/S buyback RIGH under 3b.
