Positive news across the board in energy,it will take some time to get all the details of the cuts out and for the market to really trust it but looks good so far.
As long as we have the couple of sellers here who cut the ask or sell at the bid it will not matter,when that stops i think we will firm up,that's my opinion not a prediction...
