Yes I am really asking that. It's obvious that SMG is going to acquire AERO eventually, and now that they control 80% of the voting stock and paid about $2.2 a share, they can offer any price they choose for the remaining shares and the shareholders have to sell to them for that price. Do you think they are going to offer more than $4 a share when they control the vote on any acquisition>?
