I'm trying to get my head around SNST

According to their website they moved from

1637 Race Track Road # 116, Jacksonville FL

to 12627 San Jose Blvd #604, Jacksonville FL

Duval County Clerk of Courts show the corporate warranty deed was prepared by Sunset Capital Title Service LLC which is managed by (****) Betros...of 12627 San Jose Blvd # 604, Jacksonville FL. I hope they took us shareholders into account when they did this transaction.

I guess the whole corporate enterprise (20 listed employees) are moving into 1140 sq ft space.. there must be 14 different entities house under the same roof now...including I image their cleaning service, and the International Division. Sunset Cleaning Services sharing a cube with the International Division.

According to Sunsetcapitalassets.com Jeff Betros was replaced by Gene Fedele...the old office space is available if you're looking for space.

Looks like they'll have to unwind the 500 million assets and go back to being brokers and real estate agents. Gene must be the clean up guy. Marketing Consultants Services (are you sure about the name?) must be their last hurrah! Well at least they apologized for the ticker price drop and for indefinitely delaying the investor conference call...think I'll keep digging though...real estate fraud is rampant in Florida from what I hear...and they're always looking for tips.
