The engine pictured in the brochure looks to have a Coates head on it and the whole skid is exactly like the ones pictured in the Coates R&D plant. Also the data sheet matches up very well the Coates power gen. packages: Displacement 855 inc/3, 150kw, 6 cylinder, overhead cam, 2 advanced high compression valves per cylinder.
IMO Looks like and is described like a Coates engine package.
