Some recent posters have intimated more controversy about CBD. True, at present, governmental regulation confusion has industrial hemp linked to MJ, but there is movement in a number of states (look at KYHemptsters), such as Kentucky.
There is plenty of lobbying for clarity on this. If Sessions wants to go after something, it will be weed not hemp. Remember, the president elect is a businessman and he will not be interested in cutting out business needlessly.
Hemp is not terribly controversial. Sessions "good people don't smoke marijuana." He didn't say, "good people don't take CBD."
There is a reason that CVSI separated itself from the MJ industry, and I believe that will turn out to be a brilliant and profitable move. MT
