Believe it or not? MM "ARCA" has a bid for 1,947,500 shares at .34 on level2! No joke!! 662,150 investment! ARCA has been buying like crazy! Not small shareholders, some big buyer is in here buying on the dips! Would not be surprised to see the price drop to fill that order. Last two days 1m buys by ARCA!
