As of right now this stock is controlled by the Market makers, particularly NITE. They are absorbing shares on the bid and putting up
big blocks on the ask. They are in full control of the price and it's movement, trading between themselves.

No one in retail would pay a commission fee to sell 50 cents worth of shares at 0,0002.
